But sometimes we have no chance and choose the most appropriate variants of loans. Thus, for today, payday loans online may be the most convenient and economical way of getting fast cash.

But you must be careful because there is a problem with scam artists that will pretend to be collecting money for a direct payday lender (or for credit card company). You should know that these guys are nothing but thieves trying to get your money.

In order to avoid payday loan scams and problems with scam collector artists you should know:

- Your rights. Here you should learn law and maintain your rights confidently. Under federal law, collection agencies can’t make threats against you and can’t represent someone they are not (in example, police, federal agency etc).

- Who is calling? Get to know the name of the person calling you concerning debt, the name of the company and his rank there, company address and basic info. If such person refuses to provide you with elementary info, don’t agree to talk to him.

- What you owe? Ask collector about your debt and all info concerning this. Be attentive, as they may hang up you a scam debt!

- How to be safe? Don’t provide collector any personal info by phone, until you make it sure that this is not a scam and the caller is legitimate.

- How to respond? Report suspicion of scams via Federal Trade Commission website and let them to sort out the situation.
